Hi our names are Owen and Shirley Higgins. We own and manage Campbell's Water Centre.
Owen has an electrical trade background and also has experience in wholesaling as well as sales and marketing. Owen joined Campbell’s
in 2001 and he and his wife Shirley bought the business in 2007.
The business was started over 40 years ago by a well known Levin local, Ross Campbell, and has provided quality water-related products and
services ever since.
